摘要
截止2020年10月17日,全球累计确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎人数高达3926万人。我国在疫情的抗击过程中,中药及中成药在起到了重大的作用。本文从中医药理论出发,将中药及中成药分为祛风解表药和清热解毒药。祛风解表药具有解热发汗、镇咳平喘作用,是以发散表邪、解除表证为主要作用的一类药物。清热解毒药具有清热泻火、解毒凉血等作用。结合药理作用及临床观察,分析中药及中成药的抗COVID-19研究现状,以期为新型冠状病毒的中医药制剂研发提供参考依据。
As of October 17, 2020, novel coronavirus pneumonia was diagnosed as high as 39 million 260 thousand globally. In the process of fighting against the epidemic situation in China, traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine have played an important role. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine are divided into Qufeng jiebiao medicine and Qingre Jiedu medicine. Qufeng jiebiao medicine has antipyretic and diaphoretic, antitussive and antiasthmatic effects. It is a kind of drugs with the main function of dispersing exterior pathogenic factors and relieving exterior syndrome. Heat clearing and detoxification medicine has the functions of clearing heat and purging fire, detoxification and cooling blood. The novel coronavirus is also studied in the light of its pharmacological actions and clinical observations. The aim of this study is to provide a reference for the development of new coronavirus preparations for Chinese medicine COVID-19.
