摘要
翻转课堂作为一种新型的教学模式,是对传统教学模式的大翻转,主张学生课外学习知识,课堂内化知识,从而受到教育界学者的广泛关注,也引起了一场教育教学变革的浪潮。高校为了培养适合现代社会发展需求的高素质专业人才,在教育教学方面不断地进行探索与改革,翻转课堂应时而生,虽迎合了高校改革的趋势,但对高校传统教学模式的教学理念、教学流程、教学评价带来了巨大冲击,同时对高校教师的教学思想、专业综合能力及现代化信息技术水平提出了严峻的挑战,也对学生的角色定位、学习能力、自我约束力等方面提出了挑战。因此,只有教师和学生正确应对翻转课堂提出的挑战,才能真正发挥翻转课堂的优势,促进教学质量的提高,最终实现现代社会人才培养的目标。
As a new teaching mode,flipped classroom flips the traditional teaching mode.It advocates that students should learn knowledge outside class and internalize the knowledge in class.While catering to the trend of teaching reform in colleges,flipped classroom brings huge impact on the traditional teaching concept,teaching process and teaching evaluation.At the same time,it presents serious challenges to teachers in their teaching ideas,professional skills and their ability in employing modern information technology.Students are required to reposition their role,and enhance their learning autonomy and self-discipline.Only when both teachers and students develop proper attitudes towards the flipped classroom,can it exert its full advantage,promote teaching quality,and ultimately help achieve the goal of talent training in modern society.
