摘要
对于政府和各类非营利性组织而言，通过合同形式储备应急救灾物资不是为了获利，而是为了应对未来可能发生的自然灾害，自然灾害的发生具有较大的不确定性，导致其对应急救灾物资的需求量具有较大的随机性．在前人研究的基础上，运用供应链协调理论中的期权思想，构建期权契约数理模型，研究表明期权契约能够实现应急救灾物资供应链的协调，为了提高应急救灾物资供应链的可靠性，减少买方的缺货的概率，在商务谈判中，可以适当提高期权费用，以期实现生产厂商所生产准备的救灾物资数量大于买方的订货数量的目标．
The government and various non-profit organizations using contract to reserve emergency relief materials are not in order to make a profit, but in order to respond to possible future natural disasters, the occurrence of natural disasters is greater uncertainty, resulting in the demand for emergency relief materials has great randomness. On the basis of previous studies, using supply chain coordination theory of option theory, constructs the mathematical model of the option contract. Studies have shown that option contracts can realize the coordination of emergency relief supplies chain, in order to improve the reliability of emergency relief supplies chain and reduce the probability of buyers of the stock, in business negotiations, can be an appropriate increase in the cost of option, in order to achieve manufacturers produced for relief supplies number will be greater than the buyer＇s order quantity target.
