摘要 噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生症（hemophagocytic lmphohistiocytosis，HLH）是主要发生在儿童的以淋巴细胞和组织细胞非恶性增生产生大量的炎症因子造成多器官、系统损害的临床综合征，主要分为原发性噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生症（familial hemophagocytic lmphohistiocytosis，FHLH）和继发性噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生症（secondary hemophagocytic lmphohistiocytosis．sHLH）。HLH累及的器官主要包括肝.
