国外教师专业发展的实证研究现状及启示 被引量:4

摘要 国外教师专业发展研究观强调教师专业发展是经过系统计划、提供定期机会和经验的长期过程,其实证研究具有在研究方法上重视自然观察法和纵向研究、在研究内容上关注课堂实践研究和本土化研究的特点。我们需借鉴国外做法,采用包括自然观察法在内的多种研究方法对教师的具体教学实践进行深入探索,收集教学情境的第一手资料,研究具有我国特色的教师专业发展方案,从而为我国教师教育政策制定提供具有较强操作性的实证研究依据。 The value of teacher professional development abroad emphasizes providing systematic plans, certain opportunities and long-term experience. The related empirical studies focus on the methods of naturalistic observation and longitudinal research, and features of classroom practice and localization research from the point of the content. The research plan of teacher professional development is supported by various reseach methods including naturalistic observation to offer a proposal to domestic researchers who study on this area in the end.
