摘要
教师专业自觉是指教师对自己所从事的教育工作的专业性的清晰体认,明确教师专业的特点和发展方向,形成坚定的教师专业信念和崇高的专业理想,主动维护教师专业的声誉。教师主体性与教师专业自觉相辅相成,没有教师的专业自觉就没有教师的专业发展;教师专业发展又会进一步促进教师专业自信和专业自觉。
Teachers' self-consciousness of profession refers to teachers' clear professional identification about educa-tion which they carry on. It means crystallizing teachers' profession characteristic and development directions , forming a firm belief and a lofty idea about teachers' profession , protecting reputation of teachers' profession actively. Teachers' subjectivity and self-consciousness of profession supplement each other, hut in fact, teachers' subjectivity has been ignored or neglected to a certain degree. There will be no teachers' professional development without teachers' self-consciousness of profession. ? The former is a prerequisite for the latter whereas teachers' professional development can improve teacher's self-consciousness and self-confidence in profession.
