砧木状态和嫁接时间对胡椒种间嫁接成活率的影响分析 被引量:5

摘要 为充分利用胡椒野生近缘种抗瘟病种质资源,培育胡椒抗病嫁接苗,以胡椒高抗瘟病的野生近缘种‘黄花胡椒’为砧木,以我国胡椒主栽品种‘热引1号’为接穗,采用斜腹接的方法分析了砧木木质化程度、嫁接气候条件、嫁接时间对嫁接苗成活率的影响。结果表明,砧木木质化是保证嫁接成活率的最关键因素,砧木的完全木质化主蔓是嫁接最佳部位;海南地区在平均气温25~30℃、适量降雨的季节是嫁接的最佳时期。 A wild Piper species Piper flaviflorum tolerant to Phytothora capsici as a rootstock was side grafted with the major cultivar black pepper Reyin 1 (Piper nigrum Reyin 1) as a scion to make full use of the wild black pepper species tolerant to P. capsici to raise graftings tolerant to P. capsici. The effect of the lignification of the rootstock, grafting weather conditions and grafting time on the survival rate of the graftings was analyzed. The results showed that lignification of the rootstock was the key factor that affected the survival rate of the graftings, and that the fully lignified main vine of the rootstock was the best part for grafting. The season with the mean temperature ranging between 25℃ and 30℃ and appropriate rain fall in Hainan is the best period of grafting.
