嫁接时间对无患子嫁接成活率及苗木生长的影响

摘要 2017年2月下旬至4月底止,采用1 a生无患子实生苗为砧木,以采自无患子优良无性系采穗圃1 a结果枝为穗条,研究嫁接时间对无患子嫁接苗生长及其生物量的影响。结果表明,嫁接时间对无患子嫁接成活率有显著影响,适当提早嫁接时间有利于嫁接苗的成活。但嫁接苗生长并未随着嫁接时间的推移呈规律性差异。2月28日的嫁接苗平均苗高和地径最大,而4月1日和4月30日的苗高和地径均较小。2月28日嫁接苗在落叶前复叶片数和萌发侧枝的株数比例最高。同时,不同嫁接时间并未对无患子嫁接苗总干重、根干重和地下部分干重产生显著影响;干物质分配也未依照嫁接时间推移呈现出规律性变化,嫁接时间过晚,不仅成活率低,而且不利于嫁接苗的物质积累和根系生长。 From the end of February to the end of April 2017,the seedlings of 1a S.chinensis were used as rootstocks,and the branches from spike of 1a S.chinensis excellent clone were used as the cuttings,study on the effect of grafting time on the growth and biomass of the grafted seedlings.The results showed that the effect of different grafting time on the survival rate of grafting was significant,the early grafting time in spring is conducive to the survival of grafted seedlings.The growth of the grafted seedlings did not show regular differences with the grafting time in the spring.The average seedling height and ground diameter of grafted seedlings on February 28 were the largest,while the seedling height and ground diameter of grafting on April 1 and April 30 were small.The seedlings of S.chinensis grafted on February 28 had the highest proportion of total number of leaves and highest number of germinated collaterals before defoliation.At the same time,different grafting time did not significantly affect the total dry weight,root dry weight and dry weight of the sub-grafted seedlings;The dry matter distribution of the grafted seedlings did not showed the regularity changes according to the grafting time,but delaying the grafting time exceeds a certain limit,not only the survival rate is low,but also the material accumulation and root growth of the grafted seedlings.
