摘要
当前互联网已经日益深入社会生活的方方面面。网络在带给人类数字化便利的同时,也引发了形形色色的网络犯罪。其中,网络诈骗犯罪问题尤为突出,严重扰乱了我国社会主义市场经济秩序,危害了人民群众的财产安全,造成了恶劣的社会影响。本文对网络诈骗犯罪的类型、原因、对策进行了一些探讨。
At present, Internet has come into the various field of social life, which brings the digital convenience to people, meanwhile, causes net crime of all forms, above all, net cheating seems obvious, which disturbed social economical order, harmed the public interests and left a very bad impression. Thus, discussion has been made on forms, reasons and countermeasures towards net cheating.
