摘要
利用网络实施犯罪、犯罪黑数大和调查取证难是其突出特点。针对案件特点,其有效侦查途径主要包括:以网制网,实施信息化侦查;扩大线索来源,串并案侦查;进一步明确案件侦查管辖,强化侦查协作;增强侦查主体提取电子证据之能力。
Internet fraud cases are characteristic in using internet, large amount of concealed crime and difficult investigation and evidence collection. The effective investigation ways mainly include carrying out information - based investigation with internet, broade- ning sources of clues to investigate by combining related cases, further clearing investigation jurisdiction of cases and strengthening in- vestigation cooperation, intensifying the capability of investigation subject in extracting electron evidence.
