摘要
新形势下的大学管理,应当妥善处理各种矛盾,把握好性恶与性善、行政权力与学术权力、管与不管、科学与艺术四对关系,从而营造和谐的管理体系和人文环境,最终促进大学的健康持续发展。
All kinds of disputies should be settled down in college management to deal with four pairs of relation between good human nature or evil one, managing power or academic one, to be in charge or let it go and science or art to create harmonious state in the sustainable development of college.
