摘要
随着社会经济的高速发展,当前市场对于英语专业人才的需求逐渐发生变化。对于当代高校英语教育专业而言,培养高水平、高素质的英语教育专业人才是主要任务,所以各大高校必须密切围绕社会发展进步和国家战略,构建科学、合理的人才培养模式,主动把握时机,不断转变传统的教育理念,以市场需求为方向来推动人才培养模式革新发展,才能培养出市场所需要的复合型、创新型英语教育专业人才。基于此,本文对市场需求下的高校英语教育专业人才培养模式的创新与实践进行了深入研究,并提出了相关策略。
With the rapid social and economic development, the current market demand for English professionals is gradually changing. For the major of English education in contemporary colleges and universities, it is the main task to cultivate a high level of English education professionals with high quality. Therefore, the major colleges and universities must closely follow the social progress and national strategies, construct a scientific and reasonable mode of personnel training, and take the initi- ative to seize the opportunity, continue to change the traditional concept of education, market demand as the direction to pro- mote innovation and development of personnel training in order to cultivate the market needs complex, innovative English edu- cation professionals. Based on this, this paper deeply studies the innovation and practice of college English education profes- sionals in the market demand and puts forward some relevant strategies.
