摘要
介绍了一种石英粉-硅溶胶面层涂料工艺性能改善的方法。研究了刚玉粉、硅酸镁铝配比对涂料工艺性能的影响,解决了面层型壳覆盖性差、致密性不足,以及脱蜡后因掉砂引起的铸件砂孔、粘砂缺陷等问题。结果表明,当涂料粉液比提升到1.8时,添加粉料质量2%的刚玉粉和涂料质量0.1%的硅酸镁铝,可制备出致密均匀的面层型壳。
A method of improving technological properties of silica flour and silica sol for surface coating is presented. Influences of the proportion of alumina powder and aluminium-magnesium silicate on technological properties of the coating are studied. The problems such as sand holes and metal penetration defects of the casting are solved, which result from the poor coverage and the deficient compactness of the surface shell after dewaxing. The results show that with the ratio of coating powder to liquid up to 1.8, the compact and uniform surface coating can be prepared by addition of alumina powder accounted for 2% of powder mass and aluminium-magnesium silicate accounted for 0.1% ofcoating mass.
