摘要
针对目前管桩混凝土应用石英粉的情况,研究了Si O2含量为97.90%的石英粉,在胶砂试验和混凝土试验中分别等量取代水泥后,其掺量变化对流动性能和抗压强度的影响。论文还研究了在同一养护工艺条件下,不同细度的石英粉等量取代水泥时的抗压强度变化,并得出了各自细度下的最佳掺量。结果表明:随着石英粉比表面积的增大,掺量并没有比水泥增大很多。
According to the situation of quartz powder used for concrete of pipe piles, the effect of quartz powder(97.90% SiO2) replaced the same quantity of cement on the fluidity and compressive strength was studied in mortar and concrete test. The compressive strength changing with different fineness quartz powder replacing the same quantity of cement in the same curing condition was also discussed in this paper. The appropriate mixing amounts of quartz powder in different fineness was obtained. The results showed that bigger specific surface area of quartz powder did not led to the increase in the mixing amount.
