摘要
食管癌是世界范围内较为常见的恶性肿瘤,中国食管癌发病率和病死率居世界第1位,且大多数患者确诊时已进入中晚期,因此,食管癌的早期诊断和早期治疗十分关键。近年来,内镜下微创治疗已成为食管早癌及癌前病变的主流诊断和治疗方法,其中发展较为突出的就是内镜黏膜下剥离术。本文就内镜黏膜下剥离术在食管早癌及癌前病变中的研究进展作一介绍。
Esophageal carcinoma is one of the common malignant tumors in the world and the incidence and mortality rates in Chinaare the highest in the world. Most patients confirmed are with a progressive stage, so it is vital to get an early diagnosis and treatment of esophageal carcinoma. Endoscopic technique is an important means of early diagnosis and treatment of early esophageal carcinoma and precancerous lesion with its rapid development, especially endoscopic submucosal dissection. This article reviews the research progress in the treatment of early esophageal carcinoma and precancerous lesion by endoscopic submucosal dissection（ESD）.
