摘要
计算工程量,编制工程量清单是建筑项目工程造价环节的重要部分,贯穿于全寿命周期中招投标等重要环节。目前计量与编制过程多为手工或是软件辅助下进行编制,耗时长,易漏项,错误率高。BIM作为新兴的信息化技术可以实现自动计量却无法按照我国计量规则和清单编制规范运行,文章引入本体工程结合BIM技术按照我国的计量规则和清单编制建立规范化语言,构建基于BIM与本体的建筑工程自动计量与清单编制系统,自动生成符合我国清单规范的工程量清单,从而提高计量计价效率,进一步实现造价信息化。
It is an important part of the construction cost estimation to calculate the quantity of engineering and compose the bill during a project's life cycle.At present, the measurement process is mostly manual or software assisted, it is time-consuming, easy to leak,and have a high error rate.As a new information technology,BIM can realize automatic measurement but cannot generate the bill according to the rules of measurement for China.In accordance with the rules of bill of quantity in China,the paper integrates BIM and ontology technology to establish an automatic system on bill of quantity,which can generate the bill automatically,improve the efficiency of construction cost estimation and realize the informatization.
