摘要
提出了一种新型热量表的软、硬件设计方法。采用目前国际上功耗最低的MSP430F135单片机为主控器,Pt1000为温度传感器,其流量测量部分采用最新的无磁流量测量方法,提高流量测量的精度和灵敏度,设计中还留有数据输出接口,便于各种数据的远传和记录。同时系统的一些外围器件采用分别供电的方式工作,这样可以进一步降低功耗。
The design of a newstyle intelligent heat meter with its software and hardware is proposed .The MSP430F135 is used as control MCU ,Pt1000 for temperature measurement ,and the new method of non-magnetic flow measurement for volume flow is recommended, which improve the precision and sensitivity of flow measurement. The output interface is designed for remote transmission and record of data. To realize low power consumption the peripheral chips of the system can be power-supplied separately.
