摘要
肝纤维化是肝应对损伤的一种修复反应。肝星状细胞活化是肝纤维化的中心环节,这一过程涉及Hippo,Notch,Wnt/β-catenin,TGF-β/Smad等多条信号通路。YAP/TAZ是Hippo肿瘤抑制途径的一个重要细胞核影响因子,其活性是整个器官生长、细胞增殖以及细胞在组织更新与再生过程中特异性扩增的关键。YAP/TAZ蛋白作为枢纽可能通过调控Hippo,Notch,Wnt/β-catenin,TGF-β/Smad通路影响肝纤维化的发生与发展。
Hepatic fibrosis is a repair response to liver injury, and hepatic stellate cell activation is the center of hepatic fibrosis, which involves Hippo, Notch, Wntβ-catenin, and TGF-β/Smad signaling pathways. YAP/TAZ is an important nucleus factor for Hippo tumor suppressor pathway and its activity is the key to the growth of whole organs, cell proliferation, and specific amplification of progenitor cells in the process of tissue renewal and regeneration. As the hub of signalin such as Hippo, Notch, Wnt β-catenin, TGF-β/Smad signaling, YAP/TAZ regulates the g pathways, genesis and development of liver fibrosis.
