教师数字鸿沟的发展与弥合——基于从信息鸿沟到素养鸿沟的视角 被引量:26

摘要 数字鸿沟经历了从信息鸿沟到素养鸿沟两个阶段的变化,反映了从信息技术的接入差异向人们使用信息技术能力差异的演化。随着教育信息化基础设施的推广和普及,信息鸿沟逐渐弥合,而素养鸿沟日益凸显。在深入分析教师"素养鸿沟"现状的基础上,针对教师的信息技术应用水平和信息化教学能力提升的问题,文章从国家、区校和教师个人层面提出了弥合教师素养鸿沟的相关建议,以促进我国教育的公平、均衡发展。 The digital divide has undergone two stages of changes from information divide to literacy divide, which reflects the evolution from the differences in accessing to information technology to the difference in people's abilities to use information technology. With the promotion and popularization of education information infrastructure, the information divide is gradually bridging, while the literacy divide is increasingly growing. Based on the deep analysis on the current status of teachers' literacy divide, corresponding strategies to bridge teachers' literacy divide were proposed from the levels of state, district and school, teachers, aiming at the problems of improving teachers' information technology application level and information technology teaching ability, which could promote the impartial and balanced development of education in China.
