摘要 产品喷漆与烤漆操作会产生大量的有害气体,该生产工艺废气风量大、有机物浓度低。本文采用先进的工艺,设计出一套有效的处理方案,对有机废气进行全面的净化处理。该方案利用新型活性炭吸附低浓度的有机废气,吸附饱和后利用热空气加热,在贵金属催化作用下开展燃烧净化处理,将有机物转化为无害物质。结果表明,活性炭可以将有机废气有效吸附,实现净化操作。 The product spray paint and the operation of the paint will produce a large amount of harmful gas, the production process exhaust gas volume, the organic substance concentration is low. In this paper, an advanced process is used to design an effective treatment scheme for the comprehensive purification of organic waste gas. The scheme uses a new type of activated carbon to adsorb low concentration of organic waste gas, and then heated by hot air after adsorption saturation. Under the catalysis of precious metals, the purification treatment of combustion is carried out, and the organic matter is converted into harmless substance. The results show that the activated carbon can effectively adsorb the organic waste gas and realize the purification operation.
