摘要
目的观察泪小管炎伴结石行泪小管切开及结石刮除术的疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2017年1月泪小管炎伴结石20例（20眼），均进行泪小管切开及结石刮除手术。术后随访6个月。结果20例泪小管炎行均经泪点进行泪小管切开，术中发现均有大量结石，进行刮除，同时术中发现7例泪小管扩张形成囊腔。术后均痊愈，无复发。结论泪小管切开及结石刮除术治疗泪小管炎伴结石手术简单，疗效显著。
Objective To observe the efficacy of canaliculotomy and lithiasis curettage for the treatment of canaliculitis with canalicular lithiasis. Methods Twenty eyes of 20 cases of canaliculitis with canalicular lithiasis from Jan. 2014 to Jan. 2017 were observed and analyzed retrospectvely. All cases underwent canaliculotomy and lithiasis curettage. The followed up time was 6 months. Results All cases received canaliculotomy through the lacrimal point. Many lithiasis were found and curettaged. During operation,lacrimal distension and cyst formation occurred in 7 cases. After operation, all cases recovered, there was no recurrence. Conclusion Canaliculotomy and lithiasis curettage for the treatment of canaliculitis with canalicular lithiasis is simple and effective.
