温度对PPS滤料挺度及耐磨性影响的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 在高温烟气作用下,袋除尘滤料机械性能会发生一定的变化。文章研究了不同温度、不同加热时间对PPS滤料挺度及耐磨性的影响。结果表明:PPS滤料工作环境温度越高,其挺度值越大、耐磨性越低;PPS滤料不能在190~℃及以上的温度中长时间工作;PPS滤料的挺度值越大其耐磨性能越差。 Under the flue gas role of high temperature, the filtering mechanism performance of bag hose precipitation will take place. The paper studies the impact of different temperature and heating time on stiffness and wearability of PPS filtering wearability. The result shows that when the environmental temperature of PPS filter is higher, the stiffness value will be the greater and the wearability will be lower; PPS filter could not work for a long time at the temperature of 190℃ and above; when the stiffness value of PPS filter materials is greater, the wearability performance will be worse.
