摘要
为了解决带钢尾端人工打捆存在的问题,设计了一套基于机器视觉的带钢打捆自动控制系统,而上位机和SIEMENS PLC之间的通讯是整个系统实现的关键。利用VB提供的通讯控件开发通讯程序,可以有效地对带钢打捆过程进行监控和管理。实践证明,与专业工控组态软件相比,采用VB开发成本低,通用性强,通讯效率高,同时可以满足精度和可靠性的要求。
It uses the machine vision technology to design automatically control system for packing the steel band.The key problem is the communication between main control system and SIEMENS PLC.It develops the program with VC to control the information transformation.The application shows that the system is universal,high efficient and reliable.
