摘要
棒材计数统计主要的应用场合在打捆后,为实现打捆后棒材的精确计数,首先对打捆的棒材正侧面进行摄像,然后对获取的图像进行预处理,利用偏微分方程图像分割算法,实现对各棒材的分割和精确计数。最后针对不同直径打捆后的棒材进行测试,取得了比较高的计数正确率。
Counting for bar steel was mainly used in bundled condition,in order to precisely counting bar steel,firstly profile of bundled bar steel was got,then the image was preprocessed,such as histogram normalizing,with the help of Partial Differential Equation,the bar steel in image was segmented perfectly.At last different diameter bundled bar steel was tested using above method,a very high correct rate was achieved.
