摘要 以无人水下航行器推进用内置式永磁同步电机为研究对象,利用传统的等效磁路法和经验公式,初步确定永磁同步电机设计基本电磁参数,并用RMxprt和Maxwell进行初步的校核,确定了各优化参数及取值范围。在保证输出转矩的前提下,以相关尺寸参数槽型参数、直接影响成本的永磁体宽度和厚度、隔磁桥宽度为优化参数,以高效率、永磁体用量少、转矩脉动小为优化目标,通过田口法对内置切向式永磁同步电机优化设计,得出电机多目标优化设计的方案。有限元仿真分析结果验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。 For the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM ) of unmanned underwater vehicles (UUV) thruster, the basic electromagnetic design parameters were obtained by equivalent magnetic method and empirical formula firstly. Moreover, an initial verification was carried out with the help of RMxprt calculation software and Maxwell electromagnetic finite element analysis (FEA) software,and the range of optimized parameters was determined. The thickness of air-gap, the width and thickness of magnet, the length and width of bridge were confirmed as optimal variables to get higher efficiency, less dosage of magnet and the minimum torque ripple. In addition, a multi-objective optimization design was proposed by using Taguchi method for the optimal design of PMSM. The FEA results verify the validity and effectiveness of the method and it well meets the multi-objective requirement.
