外转子永磁中频同步发电机电动势波形优化 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决传统外转子永磁中频同步发电机输出电压波形畸变严重的问题,针对改善电枢绕组电动势波形的优化措施进行了研究。阐述了外转子永磁中频同步发电机工作原理,该发电机采用“柴油机+永磁中频发电机+变频控制”的技术路线,可直接输出正弦的400Hz中频交流电,通过整流、逆变变频控制电路或者高频整流和滤波电路转变为230V/50HZ工频交流电或者直流电,从而实现多种供电制式,做到一机多用。该发电机从相邻磁瓦的弧度比和偏心距两个方面进行了优化,得到了改善电枢绕组电动势波形的弧度比和偏心距范围。研制了2台外转子永磁中频发电机样机,实验结果验证了提出的削弱外转子永磁中频同步发电机输出电压波形谐波措施的有效性。 In order to solve the problem of serious distortion of the output voltage waveform of the traditional outer rotor permanent magnet intermediate frequency synchronous generator,the optimization measures to improve the electromotive force waveform(EMF) of the armature winding were studied.The working principle of the outer rotor permanent magnet intermediate frequency synchronous generator is expounded.The generator adopts the technical route of "diesel engine+permanent magnet intermediate frequency generator+variable frequency control",which can directly output a sinusoidal 400Hz intermediate frequency AC voltage.It is converted into 230V/50Hz alternating current or direct current through rectification and inverter control circuit or high frequency rectification and filter circuit,so this generator can be used for multiple purposes because of realizing a variety of power supply systems.The radian ratio of adjacent permanent magnets and the eccentric distanceare optimized,and the radian ratio and eccentric distance range of the improved armature winding electromotive force waveform are obtained.Two prototypes of the outer rotor permanent magnet intermediate frequency generator were developed,and the experimental results verified the effectiveness of the proposed measures to weaken the harmonics of the output voltage waveform of the outer rotor permanent magnet intermediate frequency synchronous generator.
