对外汉语饮食养生文化课教学设计——以腊八粥的教学设计为例

摘要 在对外汉语教学中,不仅要有语言教学还要有文化教学,这在对外汉语教学界已基本达成共识。中国的饮食养生文化是组成中华优秀传统文化的一部分。通过查阅相关资料,笔者选取了饮食养生文化课中的腊八粥来进行教学设计,主要介绍了腊八粥的由来、食材的认识、腊八粥的养生保健功效及制作方法。以期为以后的对外汉语教师进行该专题文化课教学或研究提供一定的参考价值。 In teaching Chinese as a second language, we should not only have language teaching, but also have cultural teaching. It has basically reached a consensus in this regard. China's culture is a part of China's fine traditional culture. Through consulting relevant materials, the author selected the diet culture in the course of La Ba porridge to design teaching. Mainly introduce the La Ba porridge's come, know ingredients, health care efficacy and preparation method. Hope for foreign language teachers to provide certain reference value for the special culture of teaching or research in the future.
