摘要
我国是一个养猪大国，生猪饲养数量大约占全球的一半左右。由于疫病以及药残等其它相关问题，生猪以及其产品出口却只占1％左右，在较大程度上约束着我国养猪业的不断发展。最近几年，很多国家先后出台了禁用或是限用化学药物当作饲料添加剂的相关政策。中草药饲料添加剂因其毒副作用较小、安全、残留少以及没有抗药性等优势，并且具备促进猪的生长以及预防疾病的功能，备受人们的青睐，目前已经被大量的试验与运用。伴随我国加入世贸组织，生猪产品的市场化、全球化进程加速，运用中草药饲料添加剂以大力拓展无公害生猪产业，制造绿色食品，已经成为我们国家生猪业不断发展的重要需求。寻找能够取代抗生素以及化学促生长剂的添加剂．是我们国家畜牧业发展的当务之急。文章就中草药添加剂在养猪生产中的运用进行分析与研究。
Our country is a big pig raising country.The number of pig raising accounts for about half of the world. Due to the problems of epidemic disease and drug residue, the export of pig and its products is only about 1%, which restricts the continuous development of the pig industry in China. In recent years, many countries have promulgated related policies that prohibit or restrict the use of chemical drugs as feed additives. Chinese herbal feed additives have attracted much attention due to their advantages such as less toxic and side effects, less residue and no re- sistance, and have the function of promoting pig growth and disease prevention. At present, Chinese herbal medicine has been widely tested and applied in feed. The applications of Chinese herbal medicine additive in pig were studied in this paper.
