摘要
火龙果茎斑病广泛发生在火龙果种植区。通过常规植物病理学和分子生物学方法分离鉴定火龙果茎斑病的病原菌。结果表明,引起火龙果茎斑病的病原菌为Epicoccum latusicollum。该菌最适生长温度为26℃,最适pH值为6-7。
Stem spot disease on pitaya widely spreads in pitayaplanting areas.The pathogen of this disease was identified by phytopathological research methods and molecular biology experimental techniques.The result showed that the pathogen causing pitaya stem spot was identified as Epicoccum latusicollum.The optimal temperature for its growth was 26 ℃ and the pH was from 6 to 7.
