摘要 采用实测资料分析和理论探讨相结合的方法,研究了黄河生产堤分布特征及其对黄河下游河道冲淤的影响。研究结果表明:生产堤是黄河下游滩区群众自发修建的,由于历史原因和沿岸居民认识水平的不同,现状生产堤不论两岸间距,还是断面尺寸和施工质量都呈现出较大差异。生产堤阻断了黄河下游河道滩槽水沙交换,对加大河槽淤积有一定的辅助作用,但不是决定性的;生产堤对河道淤积的部位和形态有重要影响;生产堤对河道冲刷没有明显的不利影响。全部废除生产堤,危及滩区防洪安全,很不科学,目前逐步废除生产堤是黄河下游滩区治理的上策。 The method of combination of observed data analysis and theoretical discussion was adopted to research the distribution characters of Yellow River production embankment and its effect on sluicing in the lower Yellow River course in this paper. The results showed that the production embankment was built spontaneously by the people living in the lower alluvial plain of the Yellow River,the existing production embankment appeared big difference no matter the distance between the two sides,or the section size and construction quality due to the historical reasons and cognitive level of residents. The production embankment blocked up the exchange of water and sandy between the river course and swale,having a certain auxiliary actions on strengthening the sedimentation in swale,but,not decisive;the production embankment was of vital effect on the position of river course sedimentation and its state;the production embankment had no evidential and unfavorable effect on river course sluicing. If all production embankments are scrapped,the safety of flood control in alluvial plain will be imperiled,it is not scientific. At present,to scrap the production embankments gradually is the best plan for regulating the alluvial plain in the lower Yellow River.
