摘要 军用设备地线传导发射的测量不确定度评定较为复杂,在对25Hz^50k Hz地线传导敏感度(CS102)的不确定度来源进行分析的基础上,以某舰载设备作为EUT,系统研究了25Hz^50k Hz地线传导敏感度的测量不确定度评定方法。首先,阐述了25Hz^50k Hz地线传导敏感度的测量原理,在分析测量原理的基础上,确定了测量过程中的主要不确定度来源为仪器的计量性能、阻抗不匹配等,其次,建立了不确定度评定的测量模型,并对各测量不确定度分量进行了标准测量不确定度评定。最终,采用GUM法对25Hz^50k Hz地线传导敏感度的测量结果进行了扩展不确定度计算。结果表明,某舰载设备CS102测量结果的扩展不确定度为1.4d B。研究结果对符合GJB151B-2013新版标准的电磁兼容实验室建设、测量结果质量的保障及一致性具有积极的作用,对各种军用设备的CS102测量不确定度评定具有重要的参考价值。 Measurement uncertainty evaluation of military equipment'grounding conducted emissions is more complex. Based on analysis uncertainty sources of the 25 Hz-50 k Hz ground conducted susceptibility,taking a shipborne equipment as EUT,studied measurement uncertainty evaluation methods of 25 Hz-50 k Hz Sensitivity ground conductivity. Firstly,describes the measurement principle of 25 Hz-50 k Hz sensitivity ground conductivity,based on the analysis measurement principle,determined main sources of measurement uncertainty included performance of the instrument,Impedance mismatch and so on,Secondly,established measurement uncertainty evaluation model,and evaluated each component of the measurement uncertainty standard measurement uncertainty,finally,used GUM method calculated expanded uncertainty of 25 Hz-50 k Hz sensitivity ground conductivity measurements. The results show,expanded uncertainty of a shipboard equipment CS102 measurement results is 1.4 d B. The results has a positive effect for the building new electromagnetic compatible laboratory accord GJB151 B-2013 standard,protect the quality of measure and consistency,has an important reference value for various military equipment's CS102 Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation.
