摘要
测量不确定度是反映被测量值的分散性、与测量结果相联系的参数,是对测量结果质量的定量表征。文章根据ASTM E1019-11进行实验,对样品重复测定、标准样品重复测定、空白重复测定这三项A类不确定度进行了测量,对标准物质定值的不确定度、称量、仪器等的B类标准不确定度进行了计算,提出了计算过程所需的各参数的采集和计算方法,认为影响红外吸收法测定镍基合金中碳、硫元素的主要因素为标准物质的使用。
The measurement uncertainty is the parameter that reflects the dispersion of the measured value and the correlation with the measurement result. It is a quantitative characterization of the quality of the measurement results. The experiments are based on ASTM E1019-11. Three kinds of uncertainty of Type A were measured,such as repeated determination of sample,standard sample and blank. The standard uncertainty of Type B,the uncertainty of the standard materials,the weighing,the instrument,and so on,were calculated. The method of collecting and calculating the parameters in the calculation process was put forward. It was considered that the main factor affecting the determination of carbon and sulfur in nickel based alloys by infrared absorption method was the use of standard materials.
