摘要
[目的]观察益肺汤联合红霉素治疗老年慢性肺炎(肺气虚)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例门诊患者按就诊顺序号随机分为两组。对照组35例红霉素0.15g/次,2次/d。治疗组35例益肺汤(甘草10g,薄荷5g,黄芪15g,葛根8g,白术10g,防风5g,茯苓8g,大枣15g,麻黄5g),1袋/次,2次/d;红霉素治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床疗效、发热、肺诊呼吸音、X线胸片、症状积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程(15d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈12例,显效11例,有效8例,无效4例,总有效率88.57%;对照组痊愈7例,显效8例,有效9例,无效11例,总有效率68.577%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。咳痰、咳嗽、发热、肺部湿啰音、气促两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]益肺汤联合红霉素治疗老年慢性肺炎(肺气虚),疗效满意,能显著改善临床症状,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Yifei decoction combined with erythromycin in the treatment of senile chronic pneumonia （Feiqixu）. [Methods] 70 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups by random parallel control. In the control group, 35 cases of erythromycin were 0.15 g/times and 2 times/d. The treatment group included 35 cases of Yifei decoction （licorice 10g, mint 5g, Astragalus 15g, Pueraria 8g, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae 10g, Radix phlei 5g, Fuling 8g, jujube 15g, ephedra 5g）, 1 bags/times, 2/d, and erythromycin treatment with the control group. The continuous treatment of 15d was 1 courses. The clinical efficacy, fever, respiratory sound of lung diagnosis, X-ray chest film, symptom score, and adverse reaction were observed. The 1 course of treatment （15d） was treated and the curative effect was determined. [Results] In the treatment group, 12 cases were cured, 11 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective, 4 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 88.57%. In the control group, 7 cases were cured, 8 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases were effective, 11 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 68.577%, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Sputum, cough, fever, pulmonary rales, dyspnea in two groups were improved （P〈0.01）, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.O1）. [Conclusion] Yifei decoction combined with erythromycin in the treatment of senile chronic pneumonia （Feiqixu）, the curative effect is satisfactory, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, it is worth popularizing.
