摘要
通过对白炭黑(SiO_2)在改性材料和PVC材料中应用技术的分析研究,针对白炭黑在PVC材料增强增韧方面的突出表现及PVC管材存在的技术性问题,提出了白炭黑改性剂运用到聚氯乙烯管材生产中的可行性,旨在实现PVC管材生产技术的突破和产品物理性能的显著提高。
Through the white carbon black (Si02) in the analysis of the application technology of themodified material and PVC material research, in view of the white carbon black on PVC material enhancedtoughening outstanding performance and technical problems of PVC pipe, put forward the application of whitecarbon black modifier to PVC pipe production feasibility of PVC pipe production technology to achieve thebreakthrough and significantly improve the physical properties of the products.
