摘要
20世纪末期结肠支架用于结肠癌急性梗阻的治疗,肠道减压及恢复获得成功,自此,治疗左半结肠癌急性梗阻除急诊手术外,有了一种新的途径。结肠支架置入术应用于临床上的治疗,仍在不断的探讨研究,不仅在左半结肠癌急性梗阻的姑息性治疗效果满意,作为手术桥梁方式也发挥了重要的作用,但近年来不同的研究结果,使结肠支架的应用仍有很大的局限性。
Since the late 20 th century,colonic stent has been used for the treatment of acute obstruction of colon cancer,and has achieved success in intestinal decompression and recovery.Since then,the treatment of acute obstruction of left colon cancer has a new approach besides emergency surgery.The clinical application of colon stent in the obstructed left colon cancer is ongoing research,not only in palliative treatment achieved satisfactory results,but also played an important role as a bridge to surgery,but different results in recent years,the application of the stent is still a great limitation.
