摘要
目的:探讨全膝关节置换术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月至2017年1月我院50例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,所有患者均行全膝关节置换术治疗,比较手术前后患者膝关节功能、疼痛程度及生活质量改善情况。结果:术后患者膝关节最大屈曲度、HSS评分、VAS评分及生活质量评分均显著优于术前,前后比较存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:全膝关节置换术可有效改善患者的膝关节功能,减轻疼痛,提高生活质量,疗效安全可靠,值得临床进行应用及推广。
objective：To explore the clinical effects of total knee replacement for knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 50 cases with knee osteoarthritis from Jan. 2014 to Jan. 2017 were selected and taken total knee replacement. The knee function, VAS score and improvement of living quality before and after treatment were compared. Results： After treatment, the maximal flexibility, HSS score and VAS score were significant better than before （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Total knee replacement can improve the knee function, attenuate pain with the improvement of living quality. It＇s worthy of clinic application.
