摘要
目的探讨应用关节镜清理术联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2014年10月~2016年10月我院收治的98例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和参照组,每组各49例。参照组患者采用单纯的关节镜清理术治疗,试验组患者给予膝关节镜清理术联合玻璃酸钠注射进行治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效以及膝关节OA严重指数的改善情况。结果试验组治疗的有效率(91.83%)显著高于参照组(81.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前以及治疗1周后的ISOA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组患者治疗后2个月、6个月、12个月的ISOA评分均明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用膝关节镜清理术联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,能够有效改善骨性关节炎的临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.nethods From October 2014 to October 2016,98 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into test group and reference group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were treated with arthroscopic debridement,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate injection for treatment.The clinical efficacy and the improvement of knee OA index between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The effective rate of the treatment group （91.83%） was significantly higher than that in the reference group （81.63%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.There were no significant differences in ISOA scores between the two groups before treatment and after one week treatment （P〉0.05）,the ISOA scores at 2 months,6 months and 12 months after treatment in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of arthroscopic debridement combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of osteoarthritis,improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of further promotion.
