摘要
慢性前列腺炎病位在下焦,病性为虚实夹杂,虚瘀邪郁为其致病原因,"不通"是病理关键,治疗上要以"通"为原则,并创新性地提出"辨体质、辨证型、辨疾病"的"三辨诊断法",从而确立相对应的治则与方药。薛教授针对慢性前列腺炎,采用杂合以治、衷中参西的治疗方法,以用药的多变性准确应对此病的复杂性,预后重视心理疏导与生活指导,能够大大降低此病的复发率,从而形成了一套完整的辨证论治体系,以期在慢性前列腺炎的治疗中发挥更大的作用。
Professor Xue Jianguo believes that the location of chronic prostatitis disease is in the Lower Burner,and the character of the disease is the mixture of Deficiency and Excess. The cause of the disease is Deficiency,Stasis,Evil factors and Depression. The key pathology is obstruction,so the treatment policy should be regulating and dispelling the obstruction. He calls for an innovative the ＂three discrimination diagnostic method＂of ＂physique distinguishing,syndrome differentiation and disease identification＂,thus establishing corresponding clinical rules and TCM prescriptions. Professor Xue,in treatment of chronic prostatitis,uses heterozygous rule,namely,by referring to the western medicine the Chinese medicine is more frequently used in treatment. By using drugs flexibly,the complexity of the disease can be accurately response to and well treated. The psychological counseling and life guidance are also conducted after treatment,which can greatly reduce the recurrence rate of the disease. Thus a complete system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic prostatitis has been established,which would play a greater role in the treatment of the disease.
