柠檬酸改性Y型分子筛的研究 被引量:9

摘要 分别以Na Y分子筛、含稀土的超稳Y型分子筛(REUSY)为原料,柠檬酸为脱铝剂,改性Y型分子筛,考察了Na Y分子筛硅铝比(摩尔比)、脱铝处理时间及温度、体系水筛比(质量比)及酸度等工艺条件对分子筛性质的影响。结果表明:以较高硅铝比的Na Y分子筛为原料,更有利于柠檬酸脱除分子筛中的非骨架铝;REUSY经柠檬酸脱铝处理3 h,总酸B/L值由1.46增大至3.43,较强酸B/L值由1.90增大至4.55,比表面积增加6%,孔体积增大12%;柠檬酸脱铝处理温度及时间、体系水筛比等工艺条件对分子筛性质的影响不显著,体系p H值在3.0~3.5时有利于分子筛的脱铝。 Using NaY molecular sieve and rare earth containing ultra-stable Y (REUSY) molecular sieve as raw material respectively, and citric acid as aluminum remover, the Y type molecular sieve was modified. The effects of process conditions on properties of molecular sieve were investigated, including Si02/AI203 molar ratio Of molecular sieve, time and temperature of dealuminum treatment, mass ratio of H2O to molecular sieve and acidity. The results showed that the non -framework aluminium of molecular sieve was removed more easily by citric acid modified with higher SiO2/Al2O3 ratio NaY molecular sieve as raw material. The total B acid/Lacid value of REUSY molecular sieve modified with citric acid increased from 1.46 to 3.43, and the stronger B acid/L acid value rose from 1. 90 to 4.55 ,the specific surface area increased by 6% ,the pore volume increased by 12%. The effect of citric acid dealuminum treatment time, temperature and H20/molecular sieve ratio on the properties of mo- lecular sieve was not noticeable,and the dealumination of molecular sieve was more effective at pH value 3.0 -3.5.
