摘要 研究了占空比对脉冲电沉积钴-铬合金镀层的形貌、结构、硬度及耐蚀性的影响。研究发现:随着占空比从0.2增大到0.6,镀层中铬的质量分数和表面金属颗粒逐渐增大,有利于提高镀层的硬度和耐蚀性。当占空比为0.8时,由于析氢较为严重,镀层形貌较差,耐蚀性和硬度下降。 Influence of duty ratio on surface morphology, structure, hardness and corrosion resistance of Co-Cr alloy coating prepared by pulse plating was investigated. It was found out that, with the increase of duty ratio from 0.2 to 0.6, the chromium mass fraction and surface particles increased gradually which were beneficial to improve hardness and corrosion resistance of coatings. The coating prepared in the condition of 0. 8 duty ratio possessed poor corrosion resistance and hardness due to severe hydrogen evolution and worse surface morphology.
