摘要
司法鉴定行业自律最为关键的一环是实现路径。司法鉴定主体是司法鉴定意见形成过程中的轴心,其自律也是强化司法鉴定管理的最便捷路径。主张以激励手段作为引导,以惩戒手段防控违规,由司法鉴定主体的自我管理真正实现司法鉴定行业自律的目标。
The most important part of the self-discipline of the judicial expertise industry is the realization of the path. The main body of judicial appraisal is the axis of the formation of judicial appraisal opinion, and it is also the most convenient way to strengthen the management of judicial expertise. It is advocated that incentives should be taken as guidance, and disciplinary measures should be taken to prevent and control violations. The goal of judicial expertise industry self-regulation is truly achieved by self-management of judicial expertise subjects.
