高压罐消解ICP-AES法测定黑芝麻和白芝麻中多种微量元素 被引量:3

摘要 采用HClO_4/HNO_3湿法高压罐消解样品,利用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)直接测定黑芝麻与白芝麻样品中K、Mg、Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Se、Sr9种微量元素的含量。通过正交试验分析确定最佳试验操作条件,方法的加标回收率在93.6%~109.2%之间,相对标准偏差RSD小于2.42%。试验结果证明,黑芝麻与白芝麻中均含对人体健康有益的K、Ca、Mg、Fe等多种微量元素,黑芝麻中多种微量元素含量高于白芝麻,说明黑芝麻的营养价值高于白芝麻,长期食用黑芝麻有益人体健康。该方法的灵敏度高,准确度和精密度好,结果令人满意。 The samples were digested by wet high pressure tank with HC1OJHNO3. The contents of 9 kinds of trace elements including K, Mg, Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Se and Sr in black sesame and white sesame seeds were directly determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Experimental conditions were optimized through orthogonal experiments. The standard addition recovery of the method was between 93.6-109.2%, and the relative standard deviation was less than 2.42%. The results showed that the black sesame and white sesame contained K, Ca, Mg, Fe and other trace elements. The content of various trace elements of black sesame was higher than that of white sesame, which indicated that the nutritional value of black sesame was higher than that of white sesame. Long-term edible black sesame was beneficial to human health. The method had high sensitivity, accuracy and precision, and the result was satisfactory.
