摘要
新疆高校人才不足与流失一直是制约其发展的一个严重问题,文章以图书馆情报服务角度分析高校现有教师人才核心竞争力为切入点,选取代表新疆高校发展水平的三所高校:新疆大学、新疆医科大学、新疆农业大学,对新疆三所高校的教师人才核心竞争力现状进行相关数据挖掘及分析研究,以期寻找到制约教师人才核心竞争力的关键问题,从而提升新疆地区高校人才核心竞争力,在提升情报服务的同时,做好图书馆的服务工作。
The lack and drain of university talents have always been the serious problem limiting the development of Xinjiang's universities. From the perspective of library information service, this paper chooses three universities representing the development level of Xinjiang's universities as the research objects, including Xinjiang University, Xinjiang Medical University, Xinjiang Agricultural University, and Xinjiang Agricultural University, and analyzed the core competencies of university teachers by using data mining and analysis, to find the key restricting factors, so as to achieve the purpose of upgrading the core competence of Xinjiang's university talents, and improve both information service and library service.
