摘要
本文以19552013年中国科学院“数理学部”产生的15批院士为样本,运用社会网络分析方法,从整体网络和个体网络两方面剖析院士成长过程中在城市间迁移形成网络的结构及路径演化,为学术人员的成长提供借鉴经验。研究结果表明:(1)随着院士增选人数的增加,院士迁移经历的不断丰富,以及院士迁移城市的多元化,院士迁移的网络节点和连接不断增长。(2)从整体网络结构而言,院士跨城市迁移网络具有显著的核心外围结构,主要分布在几个经济发达城市。(3)从个体网络结构而言,北京、上海和南京是中国科学院院士流动网络的核心区域,多数城市位于网络的半边缘或边缘地带。科学院院士主要在美国高校学习深造,美国的新泽西州普林斯顿市、马萨诸塞州剑桥市、伊利诺伊州芝加哥市等大学城一直是连接跨国知识转移的主要中间城市,起着重要的“桥梁”作用。
We select 15 groups of acadernicians from the Department of mathematics and physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)from 1955 to 2013 as samples in this paper.We analyze the structure and Path Evolution of the network formed by the migration of academicians between cities in the process of their growth by using the method of social network analysis,so as to provide reference for the growth of academic personnel.The results show that:(1)With the number of academicians increasing,the continuous enrichment of academician migration experience,and the diversification of academician migration cities,the network nodes and connections of academician migration are growing.(2)In terms of the overall network structure,academician cross city migration network has a significant core periphery structure,mainly distributed in several economically developed cities.(3)From the perspective of city node network structure,Beijing,Shanghai and Nanjing are the core areas of CAS academician mobile network,and most cities are located in the half edge or edge of the network.American colleges and universities are the main institutions for academicians of the Academy of Sciences to study and further study.University cities such as Princeton,New Jersey,Cambridge,Massachusetts,Chicago,Illinois,etc.have always been the main intermediate cities connecting transnational knowledge transfer,playing an important“bridge”role.
