摘要
采用化学氧化聚合法制备磁性聚苯胺吸附剂,采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线衍射(XRD)对磁性聚苯胺的结构进行表征,研究了磁性聚苯胺亚甲基蓝吸附过程的热力学和动力学,并对磁性聚苯胺的磁响应性和磁滞性能进行了研究。FTIR表明磁性聚苯胺具有目标结构,XRD表明聚苯胺为非晶态结构,化学氧化聚合过程没有破坏磁性纳米粒子的晶型和结构,磁性聚苯胺具有较好的磁响应性能和磁分离性能,剩磁和矫顽力均趋于零,饱和磁化强度达10.2 emu/g。磁性聚苯胺亚甲基蓝染料的吸附等温线吻合Langmuir方程,亚甲基蓝染料的吸附动力学遵循准二级动力学方程。
The magnetic polyaniline absorbent was prepared by chemical oxidation polymerization.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to characterize itsstructure. Thermodynamic adsorption isotherms and adsorption kinetics of the absorption of magneticpolyaniline absorbent to methylene blue were investigated. The hysteresis and magnetic respond properties ofmagnetic polyaniline absorbents were also studied. FFIR results confirmed the target structure of magneticpolyaniline absorbents. XRD resuhs show that polyaniline has amorphous structure, and there is no structuredamage of magnetic nanoparticles during chemical oxidative polymerization. The magnetic polyanilineabsorbent has good magnetic respond and magnetic separation, with remanence and coercivity tending to zeroand the saturation magnetization of 10. 2 emu/g. Methylene blue absorption process of the magneticpolyaniline absorbent fits very well with the Langmuir model, and adsorption kinetic studies show that theadsorption accords with a pseudo-second-order kinetic model.
