酸掺杂聚苯胺的制备及对阴离子染料的选择吸附研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过电子扫描显微镜、X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱等测试方法对盐酸和对甲苯磺酸掺杂的聚苯胺吸附剂进行了表征。结果表明,酸掺杂的聚苯胺吸附剂由粒径为100~300nm的无定形聚苯胺颗粒组成。主要研究了酸掺杂的聚苯胺吸附剂对阴离子染料选择吸附的性能,以及对阴离子染料橙黄的最大吸附量。同时对吸附过程进行动力学模拟,发现其符合二级动力学模型,吸附等温曲线拟合结果显示,吸附剂的吸附过程符合Langmuir方程。 Hydrochloric acid and p-toluenesulfonic acid doped polyaniline adsorbent were characterized by SEM, XRD and IF. The results show that acid doped polyaniline adsorbent was composed of amorphous polyaniline particles ranging from 100 nm to 300 nm particle size. The selective adsorption of acid -doped polyaniline adsorbent for of anionic dyes and its maximum adsorption capacity for the anionic dyes of orange were studied. Dynamics simulations were found that the adsorption process can be well simulated by pseudo-second-order kinetic plots. The isothermal ad- sorption curve fitting shows that the adsorption process can he well simulated by the Langmuir isothermal equation.
