摘要
分析高职大学生就业能力及其现状,基于社会需求、企业需求及高职大学生自身认知的就业能力研究,提出了基于职业素质的高职大学生职业能力结构,为高职院校大学生人才培养提供借鉴。
The employability of higher vocational college students and its current situation is analyzed, and based on the research of the social needs, the enterprise demand and the employability of vocational college students＂ cognitive, we developed the structure of vocational ability of higher vocational college students with respect to occupational qualities, so as to provide reference and guidance for the talent cultivation of higher vocational education.
