摘要
渠道防冻胀技术研究需解决的核心技术问题之一是合理的计算衬砌保温层的厚度。在分析当前研究结果和应用实践的基础上,结合试验资料,对保温层厚度计算的经验法和基于热阻等效原理的计算法进行对比分析,对比评价了这两种方法的计算精度和经济性。结果表明,基于热阻等效原理的计算法在渠道防冻胀应用中具有更好的经济性和安全性,对北方渠道防冻胀技术的推广有指导意义。
One of the core technical issues which need to be solved in the research of channel anti-freezing and expanding technol- ogy is to calculate the thickness of the lining insulation layer reasonably. On the basis of analyzing the current research results and application practice, the accuracy and efficiency of the two methods were compared and evaluated, i. e. , empirical calcula- tion method of the insulation layer thickness and calculation method based on the thermal resistance equivalent principle. The results show that the calculation method based on the thermal resistance equivalent principle has better economy and safety properties in the application of channel anti-freezing and expansion, which has guiding significance to the promotion of anti-frost heave technology in the north.
