摘要
通过调研我国北方大型灌区渠道保温防冻胀技术应用现状,并进行理论分析,提出了混凝土衬砌渠道保温防冻胀最佳结构型式,并确定了其适用条件和范围。基于热传导理论和热阻等效原理建立了相应的保温板厚度计算公式,利用黑龙江蛤蟆通灌区试验数据确定了冻土等效导热系数计算方法,并对保温板厚度计算公式进行了验证。结果表明,计算值与最佳方案保温板厚度的最大误差为5.62%,说明该计算公式有较高精确度,可以在黑龙江及其相似地区推广应用。
According to investigation on application of canal insulation and frost heave control in north irri- gation area and theoretical analysis, the optimal structural type of insulation and frost heave control for concrete lining canal was put forward and its applicable condition was determined. Based on the heat con- duction theory and thermal resistance equivalent principle, a calculation formula of insulation thickness was established. The calculation method of equivalent thermal conductivity was determined and calculation for- mula of insulation thickness was verified by experimental data. The results showed that the maximal rela- tive error between optimal value and calculated value was 5.62%. The calculation formula had high calcu- lation accuracy that it was worthy of wide applications in Heilongjiang and similar area.
