摘要
目的探讨家庭干预对社区精神分裂症的疗效。方法将2015年9月~2016年9月曾在我院"治愈"出院的132例精神分裂症患者进行编号,按完全随机原则分成研究组和对照组,各66例。对照组患者给予抗精神病药物治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上同时接受1年的家庭干预。在入组时和家庭干预后均采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查问卷等评估、比较。结果干预1年后,研究组患者的BPRS评分为(31.69±7.51)分,明显低于对照组的(42.15±6.94)分;研究组的SCL-90总分评分为(152.29±29.76),明显低于对照组的(183.67±32.59);研究组患者的服药依从性显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论家庭干预对缓解患者的精神症状,改善家庭照料者的心理健康,提高患者的服药依从性有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of family intervention on community schizophrenia.Methods A total of 132 patients with schizophrenia who were ＂cured＇and discharged in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were numbered.Afterwards,according to completely random principle,the patients were divided into research group and control group,66 cases in each group.The control group was given antipsyehotics only.The study group was received one year of family intervention on the basis of the control group.BPRS and SCL-90 questionnaire were used to evaluate and compare upon enrollment and after family intervention.Results One year after the intervention,the BPRS score in the study group was （31.69±7.51） points,which was significantly lower than that of （42.15±6.94） points in the control group.The overall score of SCL-90 in the study group was （152.29±29.76） points,which was significantly lower than that in the control group （183.67±2.59） points.The medication compliance in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.01）.Conelusion Family intervention is significant for alleviating mental symp- toms,improving mental health of family earegivers and improving medication compliance.
